Love that shirt, wearing it right now. I hope more and more brands go the tab collar route, or at least give the option amongst their selection.

Great tie. My guess would be that it is Polo Ralph Lauren. Also, I am almost certain the scarf is by Gap. I have the same scarf in blue/black motif.
