New Haven Math Club
GANT Rugger just launched their pre-fall collection set to hit their e-commerce site in about a week. It's a bit more tailored, straightened up, and smart. The New Haven Math Club short was created in the spirit of those old safety rules and regulations tutorial film reels of the 1950s. Refreshingly enough, it highlights how to properly wear your clothes while gently pointing out that although you may not be able to reach the intellectual heights of the New Haven Math Club, perhaps you can at least adopt a few pointers on how to gain an impeccable sense of style (e.g. popped collars are not for scholars).
Of course, once you know the rules, only then can you indulge in breaking them.

I teach high school math and co-sponsor our school’s math club. I love it. About the collar popping comment I’d like to add…I am a scholar who pops his lapels, so you fine sir can go to hell. Good day.

I’m glad to see Gant represent New Haven. The city has a great garment history. Too bad they didn’t film on location.
