*Love* this picture! I’ve been searching for the perfect pair of red pants for years and today Husband found me a pair! I’m not gonna lie… I’m pretty sure this pic had something to do with it.

@bean - I can assure you that the bag is black. I have the navy one as well, but I’m carrying the black one in this photograph.

that’s definitely a navy le pliage - longchamp’s got a dark navy, so it’s hard to tell sometimes whether it’s black or not, but that’s definitely navy. i’ve got one of each and can tell the difference. either way, i see no reason to switch out a handbag simply because it’s navy and “clashes” with a black coat. she looks fine and put together.

Seriously tasteful style. I love when ladies dress like this. Well done!

@Macey—You can get a similar desert boot from Clarks.
@SM—Her peacoat and bag are both black.

Carly always looks great, she should be teaching more girls how to dress.

nice outfit!
@SM - navy, brown and black are all neutrals and can be worn together if done correctly which i think is achieved here

Great pant color, cool boots. In my opinion, black and navy rarely work together; it’s one of the few fashion “rules” I follow. A different colored peacoat would have really perfected the outfit.
