    Dress Code

Libby pulls the strings at Byrd + Bleecker in Fort Worth, Texas. Drop in for an Assouline book or the perfect gift for your significant other. Say hello to Grover Cleveland for me. He’s the clawless black feline.

To say that Lilly owns the maxi dress isn’t fair, but they’ve been making them since 1950ish.

Love this! I also love Lilly’s story. How she started, how she stopped for a time & then started up again and is still going strong. She makes happy clothes : )

  • Emma Watson

    Culture

Hermione Granger is likely the first thing that comes to mind when you hear Emma Watson. But she’s much more. Emerging as the new face of Burberry and attending Brown University in the Fall are just the beginning. She’s become a woman in front of our eyes thanks to the Harry Potter franchise. With the recent release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and the seventh installment being split in two (due out 2010 and 2011), Emma is sure to continue casting her spell on our imaginations.

Emma wears D&G brooches ($155 each), a Moschino Cheap and Chic blazer, Monique Lhuillier dress and Gryphon New York jacket. I adore the pairing of brooches and ribbons with the masculine blazers. It has a “royal prep” aura about it. Read the entire Teen Vogue piece for more on this eccentric British beauty.

I adore the shot of her on the ladder, the colors are amazing. All grown up, indeed! Bring on the brooches, blazers and fur for fall. I’m all over it.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d almost say that looked like Tara Reid…

  • Bowing Out

    Style

Love the bow-tie. Hate the clip-on.

The bow-tie is the Prepster’s body piercing. It unabashedly says, “I don’t care what you think.” Rugby shows you how to knot up your bow-tie so you can sport it in top drawer fashion.
