The clothes fit wonderfully. The bow tie is the cherry on top. I LOVE IT!

@Ryan—The white bucks are by Cole Haan (w/Nike Air) and are extremely comfortable. I appreciate the red brick sole in addition to the comfort.

Spot on sir. I own the same belt and love the inspiration here (and for the record the off center look is a hit, not miss). Been searching for white bucks I actually like - liking the look of those. Brand please.

I really like that bag. Good job ol’ chum. I like the fact it’s not a ‘Feed Haiti’ bag.

This is exactly the look I had today. Contrast club collar shire skull & bones bowtie John Varvatos Chuck pants with straps, no belt, bag or bucks did rock Cole Haan monk straps, sock less, of course. I believe that jeans are too hot to wear in summer especially in the South, unless white; otherwise khakis or colored chinos. Sir, you do live some life.

Killer. Just killer. I wish I could see a little more detail on the bow tie.

Nice job F.E., that’s a good summer look. The bucks make the photo.

What a brilliant look! So refreshing. I specially like the bag and the belt. This is a smart look, love it!

Yap…bow ties look great - especially in this case!
Also love the belt plus matching watch-strap!

Nice ensemble. It’s too bad that one cannot wear bow ties anymore without getting awkward looks (at least where i am living).
By the way, great forearms!

FEC - it’s a little off topic but you recently posted a photo wearing a Jack Robie shirt. I wonder if you could provide a bit more information. A - How did you find out about them? and B - How do you rate the shirt? Thank you for your help.

Are you sure those are beefrolls? They look more like full-strap loafers.

Looks like Newbury Street to me! I’m there all the time. Love the outfit, and the site, of course.

It’s all about the white bucks here, I think.
BTW, I’m from just up the road from you; Frisco (but currently in Kyoto, Japan).

Hmm. Something about the belt seems off to me, but otherwise, she looks great.

@FEC, or anyone else for that matter, when is it appropriate to wear a washed-oxford-style shirt with a suit? When isn’t it? I prefer the comfort, character, and versatility of washed shirts to stiff, boring “dress” shirts. I’d like to hear your thoughts. Thanks, and keep up the great work!

@robdarko—Yes, this is the young lady from April. We found ourselves at this party in The Hamptons that will eventually makes its way up here for everyone to experience.

Is this the girl next door from April? In any event: This girl is poised and has a great sense of style.

I had the same D90, well, looked the same. Mine was #971, like a fool I traded in for the Discovery SE.

I love the outfit. It looks very put together and the look is effortless.

Nice photo. I know where this is. She is very cute, and those eyes and that smile are killer. I would certainly not refuse if she asked me for my number or suggested we meet for dinner.

It’s too bad they wont bring the Defender back to the states, they are the best off-road trucks out there.

There’s nothing I don’t like about this picture. The last two posts are perfectly detailed. I think the bright suspenders set off the rest of the outfit perfectly. Also, the D90 is classic.
