    Dress Code

    Photographed in Dallas, TX

Noteworthy: Steven Stolman (design director for Jack Rogers) and I became fast friends the moment he swiped my tort shell frames from atop my head. That was three months ago at the Jack Rogers flagship grand opening. Since then, he's managed to swipe a pair of his own Eyebobs. They serve well to round out his quirky demeanor. Go-to-hell ankles? Check. Re-soled (again and again) cordovan penny loafers? Check. White jeans? Check. Un-tucked oxford with his navy blazer? That's Steven.

@Doc—I wear the Total Wit in all-over Tokyo tortoise.

What specific frame are the Eyebobs? I have the Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck frames - I think you would like them quite a lot.  I suggest you look them up!

@AndrewSC—The image of the kid is a cardboard cutout of a kid who will be benefitting from the money raised for the North Texas Food Bank via a Jack Rogers trunk show.

What is that kid in the window?

Love the pocket square.  He looks like Cameron from Modern Family.

This guy certaintly got style. “I” would’ve tucked in the shirt but this is his style and he knows how to rock it! Awesome shot Fred!

Stolman had a boutique in the Hamptons for years and had many innovations.  He started the GTH pants made out of Scalamandre upholstering fabric.  He also imported the Jelly Kelly bags that were a big fad until Hermes shut them down.  Would like to hear more of your meeting with him.  Not sure that Admiral Cod and he would truly hit it off, but that is alright.  It is a big world.

Nice photo. Straight out of a Slim Aarons book.

I have a feeling I would really enjoy having a drink or two with this young chap.

I like how formal yet casual this look is because his oxford is untucked. Very summertime too!

Dat Pocketsquare. Small details make the outfit.

Now THIS is someone who looks comfortable being who they are. I would prefer that the oxford be tucked, but that’s me. He looks great!
